I was wondering if anyone knows how much Torque/HP the C6 Auto Transmission can handle without having to have it rebuilt? I am not sure if I should spend the extra $$$ to have mine rebuilt if it will work fine under normal driving conditions.

The Maggie torque #s are in excess of all GM stock tranny ratings. John and all the guys at 21st are great to deal with. My car is going in for H/C, suspension, tranny, etc. in 3 weeks.
Are there A6 tranny upgrades available (?) in your write up you mention tranny upgrade, curious what 21st MC does to upgrade an A6, especially when A6 tuning not yet available....reason I am so curious is a C6 A6 with FI is a very appealing combo.
As far as the trans goes, Lingenfelter has done 4 of them and they all are currently running well without any trans modifications. Currently, there are no mods available for the new C6 Auto Trans.
But a 4l80-e is rated at 885 ft lbs by GM input torque ? and both are rated 80's
