DOes it make sense to have my 05 Z51 coupe dyno tuned when the only mod I have is exhaust? What kind of gains should I see and how much should I expect to pay? Also anyone know where to go that's close to Bucks County PA?

It makes no sense to do that. YOur factory computer will adjust to that with no problems. I had my car dyno tuned when I added headers and a intake. No need to do it now. The power gain you will see will be minimal if any.
A Computer tune for your specific car has to help. The car has a general tune for 91 Octane in elevations from below sea level to at least a mile high and temps from 110° to -20°. Get it set to your local conditions and fuel (and mods) and there will be a gain.
I had my C6 dyno tuned and the intake ported by Jeremy Formato. He is from Florida, but he comes to Dillsburg 2 or 3 times a year to tune
LS1's and LS2's. He will make you car run a lot better. He is very professional and knows what he is doing.

PM me if you want a tune, I can get it done for you in Allentown.
You're probably looking at about 10-15 HP.
It's either $400 or $450, I can't remember.
I think I wasted $500.00 for 4 more horses! I have kooks L.T.'s,hi-flo cats,Halltech SSM,Calloway Double D Exhaust and payed $500.00 for a Dyno-tune with LS2 edit, anyhow my 05 c6 Z51 man 6sp. Dynoed 364 before the LS2 edit, and then 368 after the tune!!! I know the computer readjusts itself given time,so why spend the money($500)for 4 more horses and to get the code off the DIC (right cat)?

This is very good information. What were your a/f ratios before and after the tune. I haven't tuned after doing headers and my a/f ratios were right at 13.0 to 1 before and after, so I'm not sure if I can really pick up much. I've heard people with rich numbers like 11 to 1 and they could pick up a lot more with a tune.

Different samples are different. Some cars run richer or leaner than average with mods or even stock. This reminds me of a GTO guy with intake/exhaust mods posting his dyno numbers on a Predator tune, RWTD mailorder tune loaded into the Predator, and the stock tune. Even with making changes to the modified tunes very little was gained over the stock tune. He was already running at least as lean as around 13.0 AFR with the stock tune.
Best time I ran before my tune was 8.9@81.9 in the 1/8th. After my tune, best was 8.7@86.4. Like I said, it's not always about the hp gain but how you're able to use the power you've got.
