......anybody have these on their car. Like the look of the Z51 drilled rotors for standard suppension Vette. May consider as a future mod. Any photos of these or other brand on your car? Thanks.
Although I'm not really sure of the difference between the Decelas and The one-piece Eradispeeds, I opted for the Eradispeeds. Why? Because I was not sure how well the Decelas would hold-up against the elements.
I liked the look and the token gains in braking performance that d&s rotors offer. So, I made the biggest mistake ever - I bought the GM 'Performance' d&s rotors. Stupid, stupid move. They do not have a rust inhibitor wash like Baer Eradispeeds, Brembo, and the like. They rusted after the first wash job and the rust water collected in the vanes. As soon as you start rolling, the rusty water comes out and deposits on the rims behind the spokes. Un-good.
Now, that said, why the Eradispeeds and not the Decelas? I never saw in anyones ads, including on the Baer website, that the Decelas have a rust inhibitor.
Just something to think about. BTW, if anyone in the Chicago area wants, FOR FREE, a set of GM Performance d&s rotors for a base suspension C6, jus lemme no. You can have 'em. They only have a couple of hundred miles on 'em.

Already gone - just left with someone in the Fox Valley Corvette Club.
