If a LPE induction was used in a 06 Z06....it should fit right into my 06 C6 Z51 right...there aren't any differences are there with this part

Probably won't fit. Most of the regular C6 induction systems say they will not fit a C6 Z06 so I would assume that the reverse is true.

Our cold air kit was actually designed for standard C6 Corvettes, so it will fit perfectly on your 06 Z51 car. You might want to also take a look at our pre-cut shroud, here is a link:

We modified the standard C6 cold air kit for use on C6 ZO6 cars, but it's not a bolt in deal.

Hope this helps,
Ed

Default Lpe Cai

I installed a LPE Cai on my C6 in Feb. with the understanding that it would also be able to be retro-fitted for the Maggie,as was the LPE Corvette. I had to remove it when the Maggie was installed. What CAI does LPE use on the cars that have the Maggie installed? A new shroud from the dealer is about $20.00. Simply cut your own hole and save $40.00

As I answered in your question in the other thread, we use our C6 cold air intake on Magnuson applications, but we do have to hand fabricate a custom airbridge to fit our air intake to the Magnuson.

LEt me know if I can answer any other questions for you,
Ed
