Default Difference between X pipes

What's the difference between X pipe with hi-flow cats and the X pipe with resonators??? I notice that B & B has both kinds. I'm assuming that the X pipe with resonator is part of their PRT system but that's just a guess on my part. Thanks in advance for your help.

The X pipes they sell with built in Cats is for cars with headers. The factory manifolds have the cats located on the "down side". When you install headers, there is no way to keep the factory cats because that area is now part of the headers. The only way to still have cats on a C6 with headers is to incorporate them into the H or X pipe. B&B has come up with that system to allow you to install them without cutting and welding in cats.

The system with the resonater is simply a section that replaces the factory H pipe with one that will tone down the sound of their Bullet rear section.

Hope this all made sense.
