Cannot read OBD2 codes
It looks like my car is in a funky mode. I cannot read OBD2 codes using a code reader. Anyone ever have this problem? ( 2005 C6 MN6 )

Is your scan tool CAN enabled? If it's an older scan tool, it may not read the CAN bus.

The scanner is a INNOVA 3030 that is CAN enabled. It seems there is no power since the display does not even come on. Could be trouble...

All of the newer INNOVA readers are CAN enabled, mine is model 3110 and works fine. Tomorrow you should call their help line and they will help you. I have talked to them several times and they are a big help.

I have the same reader as yours and it works fine. It should power-up as soon as you plug it in. If not put the ACC mode then plug it in.
