Callaway "Honker" Install Question
Spoke with a Callaway rep at Carlisle last week regarding the CAI and he said you have to remove the shroud to cut it and install the intake ? Anyone do this install with the shroud in place? Noticed the Vararam folks didn't require the shroud removal!

Take your time and pull the shroud.

It`s a quality piece IMHO. They didn`t take any shortcuts, hence you have to take the shroud out. It`s really not that bad. You can bend that sucker into a pretzel and the shroud will go right back into shape, so don`t worry about damaging it.
