Default Ported LS2 intake by Cory

I received my Ported LS2 intake from Cory (CHarris85Vette) yesterday and had it installed at LG Motorsports. Same dyno, same day I picked up 10rwhp/12rwtq. Not only did a pick up peak numbers but gained power throughout the curve. You can't beat this mod for the money.

It was a great buying experience....thanks, Cory

Very nice. I bet FAST will take a hard look at this considering thier intake costs 4 times what porting costs. Good results.

I'm very pleased with your results, Cam. Thanks for allowing me to contribute to your project.

BTW, what did the LG crew think?

Good numbers. I didn't gain much at the peak with my ported intake. My tuner finished the car last night but haven't seen the dyno sheets yet. Apparently the intake was good for hp/tq throughout the rpm range but leveled out at the peak. Peaked at 398/386 SAE on a dynojet.

Cory offers different options on exchange, etc. but the porting costs $200.

Thats not bad. So what do you do? Remove your own and send it out to him for porting?

I did not read the entire thread, but did you have it tuned afterwards?
