front offset is correct but a wheel offset on the rear of a C5 with stick out on a C6. being that the wheel is an 11", the probability that it will stick out on your C6 is 95%
the C6 can only go as wide as an 11" in the rear and it has to be a near pefect offset.
if you know the rear offset/back space, i can tell you how it will sit on a C6
You need to measure the wheels and post offset. That is the only way to tell. Even then you should try them on a C6 to see if they fit like you want them to.
Your 19x11 inch wheels are not going to have the stock offset of the C5 wheel you replaced. Probably has a similar front spacing in front of the hub but the rear space and offset will be different.
