Any paint shop can mix paint or buy it from a supplier that mixes it. That's what they all do.
Just be a cautious who you use, since that color uses the tintled clear coat. I believe it's considered a tri color. I would go to the NE section of the Forum and ask your local CForum enthusiasts for some good shops.
