Blackwing Install Question
I know I'm getting old but this is supposed to be an easy install. The instruction sheet is a very dark copy and hard to read. The problem is whan installed it is too high and does not seat well with the MAFnor will it fit on the stock grommets. I turned the bracket around and it is no better. Am I missing something? Or is there some trick I've missed.

I think the plenum / air filter joint wasn't seated properly caused the problem. Also the metal bracket can be mounted upside down causing the unit to mount too high. As far as the grommet issue goes I slid my hand underneath the radiator cover and pulled up, seating the radiator cover to the plenum.
