Default Cigarette lighter socket no power

Per manual it does not show the location of the fuse for this (2005 C-6 Corvette).
Where is this fuse located at and is it easily to identify?

Open the panel at the passenger feet. It's in the black enclosed fuse box at the lower right of the opening. I'm pretty sure the diagram on the back of the panel you open has it marked there.

I thought the fuse box was in the engine compartment.

You are correct and I found the cigarette fuse in the passenger footwell and it is not blown.
Strange thing happened after this all of my presets on radio needed to be reprogramed
Oddly as a power source for V-1 it worked fine before dealership installed reconditioned stereo. I suspect there is a link here probably something to do with installation and something was not hooked back up?

If a new stereo was installed (requiring the console to be removed) than "someone" may just have "forgotten" to reconnect the lighter socket. Been there, done that - myself. I've had my console out so many times (working on stereo mods) that I could do it in my sleep (or nightmare as the case may be). Very easy to miss reconnecting this (unprofessional if a shop did it, but easy nonetheless)...

This is what I suspect it is they forgot to hook the cigarette lighter back up. I checked fuse in passenger footwell and it is not blown.
