...Is what my '05 put down on a DynoJet at OC Corvette today on its baseline run. Yes, that is SAE. This is absolutely stock everything including the paper filter, 13,500 miles, M6. I'm a little shocked to be honest.
Do I have a freak or have others seen these #? Thought most of these were mid 340s on a good day.

that is some unreal #, did you buy the car new? thanks
Yes, new. It's wierd. My 02 Z was an animal in 1st and 2nd, whereas this car feels softer, most of the time. And it fades in heat. But, there are times when the thing pulls surprisingly hard on the highway. Maybe today was a good day (it is cool today).
Yello3, I hear ya, but I don't do straight tracks. Never was any good at it. Now, curved ones, that's another matter. Guess what counts is what gains I get after the mods and tuning.

tt, what you feel in 1st and 2nd may be TM or timing retard due to high ect & / or iat or even both. when it is sae corrected on the dyno, it has already taking the weather into consideration. also, take it 1/4, you don't have to look at ET if you are not good at it, but with a good DA (less then 500) your trap speed should still be there, it will tell you true hp to weight ratio. if that car is truely putting out that much rwhp it should trap around 117mph with good DA.
My 2000 TA Ram Air was supposed to be 315 at the engine, laid down 311 RWHP in first(base) dyno run before head and cam pkg, still stock with 2,700 miles on it, no oil change, no filter change.
Hmm I should have tried that, but I guess I'll never know. FAST, Kooks LT, basic dyno tune, and 4.10 gears are going on this week, along with Nitto R2s.
I'll post results after the mods, before the 4.10s go on. Maybe you guys can tell me what my traps should be with the gears with that power.
Eventually, I'll get Spin out here to work some SD magic and maybe do more goodies.

Interesting? What was your rwto? Torque? thanks....Hopefully that is a factory FREAK!
That is quite high, the highest I've heard of until today was 358rwhp I think but then again I've also seen dynos (both being same model Dynojets) vary as much as 10+hp from one to the other.
Congrats either way though.

What size Nitto RII are you putting. I'm running them on C5 Z06 rims on a road course and love them (compared to stock F1s)
Great #s. Embrace them as if you dynoed low you would probably would be upset so you might as well take the positive. Everyone is right with your MPH in the quarter as a excellent marker for power. Make sure you look up your DA as another member quoted as this greatly affect your cars performance. There are websites that will convert your DA to sea level so you can see what you car can do at standard conditions.

Well after all, it is a Z51, what did you expect????

320 at the crank for the 2000 Ram Air. And you're dead on about rwhp on them--even without the roughly 6 rwhp pickup through the snorkles at speeds above 45-50, Trans Ams routinely dynoed low 300s--the same or better than LS1 Vettes. My A-4 2000 was 308 at the wheels with Loudmouths, G2 intake and Hypertech program. That's about 360 engine. My trap speeds of 103-105 would bear that out. Great cars!
I love my new vette..., but man do I miss that TA...sleeper and ate up vipers!! Before I sold it, it dynoed 547rwhp heads/cam/sc@6.5lbs boost.Nasty car!!
