2005 Ticking noise when cold

I wouldn't say its common, but others have reported this also.
I test drove one '05 that made a huge racket on start-up (for a few seconds).
Mine is an '06 with 14,000 miles and makes no noise at all.

A while back I had read a few posts about this -- and my car was also "ticking". Sometimes it would go away when warm, sometimes not. The consensus seemed to be it was the injectors (or an injector). My car now no longer "ticks". One poster had the dealer pull the engine in search of a bad lifter (as I recall) and that did nothing. Again, the consensus was: injectors. Mine is also an '05.
