Polished wheel issues???

I was wondering why so many people are selling c6 polished wheels.Are there problems with these wheels(cracking,porosity or finish issues)?Just curious..

Many feel that the finish is poor from the factory. Structurally the wheels are fine.

They have a milky finish. Not sure if it was corrected on 07's or not.

The finish has started to come off of my polished wheels. You would think giving $1300.00 for this option, and only after 20,000 miles, this would not happen.

Wheels

Looks only- I was only mildly turned off by mine untill I put my car next to one with chrome. Mine looked like old milky chrome. And that was at a car show after spending the previous day spit shining-
