I'm at the point where I want to change my 2005 A4 automatic transmission fluid. I've searched the forum and found little concerning the best fluid. I'd like to go synthetic. So far, the choices mentioned in previous posts are:
- "Redline" (complete product name not provided)
- "Mobil 1 SuperSyn Synthetic ATF Dexron/Mercon Approved for H".
- "AMSOil ATF. AMSOil doesn't list the fact that it meets the H-Spec but AMSOil has verified that it exceeds this spec".
- "RP MaxATF. A fully synthetic atf meeting the GM Dexron IIIH specs and will maintain your warranty".
Is anyone using any of these fluids? If so, any words of wisdom?
