I am in hopes someone has, had this problem, heard of it, or otherwise can offer a constructive solution. My dealer has no answer. I have a 05 vert that has a very noticable vibration between 30-40, can also be felt at higher speed but not as noticable. Dealer told me it was the tires, took off the bfg's, ran with less noise, still had the vibration. Now they say I have to go back to the stock rotors ( has Baer). There is no rotor warp feeling, vibration does not change with braking. GM factory rep. is willing to meet with me BUT, is locked to the position that I have to swap the rotors before they can evaluate the vibration. I know this is a shot in the dark, but for those who have read this far thanks for that anyway.
Probably the bearings but while you are at it, check the run-out on the wheels. I saw one that had to have all four polished wheels replaced before it drove without vibration.
Take the wheels to another place and have them balanced again.
My buddy has an 06 and had a terrible time getting someone to balance his wheels properly. 4 different places and finally got it right.
Also check the rear axle nuts. Make sure they are torqued to spec.
yep, had this as well. we did all the basics. balance, alignment, even was timely enough with a tire change. not until the mechanic road with me did he actually get the picture. however, the vibration came noticeably from the right front corner. took about 10k miles to actually figure out where the vibration was located. changed the hub and smooth sailing.
just as an fyi, the vibration should get more noticeable at higher speeds. not tripple digits, but at highway speeds of 75mph.

My 2005 has the same issue, right front corner. 16,000 miles on car. Why would the wheel bearings go so soon? Car has never been to the track.
