Is a Loudmouth exhaust system available for the C6 or would you have to just rig up the resonator on your own? I was just looking back at some videos I have with LS1 cars using the Loudmouth and I just can't get enough of it
Not available for the C6. Get Bullets, same resonator only, no muffler setup--much better quality and the sound is far better than the Loudmouths I had on my 2000 Trans Am. They sounded great, but the frequency didn't vary as much as the Bullets do. More noise from the LMs, but the sound of the Bullets is the best out there. I love the burble on over run and how the freq changes going through the gears. Even my wife has said they are much better sounding than the LMs on the T/A.
SLP just finished the prototype "Loudmouth" system on my C6. It is a modular system and can be switched between Loudmouth and Lodmouth II in just a few minutes. It sounds great! Give them a few weeks to get production up and running. I would say call them around Christmas. They now have 5 or 6 systems for the C6, a sound for everybody. Most of these systems are not in there '07 literature yet. They were done over the last several weeks on my car. The videos and sound clips were done last week and should be on their website soon.

What's Loudmouth II? And you really think it sounds better than Bullets?
Loudmouth II's first came out around '01 or so for the F body. It is the Loudmouth with a muffler/resonator added. Quites it down a bunch. As to how it sounds, that is real subjective. For my taste on long trips the Loudmouth is too loud. I really like the ability to be able to spend a few minutes and change to the "II" configuration.
