Maybe a chunck of ice on the inside of the rim. One of the benefits of living in Nova Scotia.
Years ago, I had a friend that actually had to much moisture inside the tire. The water would settle to the low spot on the inside the tire while parked, and freeze over night. I never understood how the water got inside the tire/wheel assembly.

Thanks, I appreciate the response.
Car is away for the winter, but the wheel shake started before the cold temperatures, so I am pretty sure it is not ice.
Some people have posted that they had to use the Hunter wheel balance machine that loads the tire while rotating in order to get rid of thier wheel shake.
