doing a Z06 rear fender swap on my C6 with full width Z06 wheels, have 345s for the rears already, havent picked up the 275s for the front yet, but wanted to know how well they fit if your lowered a bit and if 285s would fit up front too. I work for a Porsche dealership and get all the half used 285/35/18s I want for free, so I would obvioulsy rather run these if I thought I could fit them back ther
Let me know what you guys are able to shove up front, if I have to I could also get all the 265/35/18s I want too but dont want to run anything that short, thx!
The ZO6 wheels I bought had track tires on them. The Z owner I got them from tracked his car with 295/30's up front!
Here's a pic of them stickin out from my stock C6 bodywork, prior to widebody conversion. You can see the front tires bulge a little more over the wheel than the factory sized 325's do on the back wheels. Front of my car is pretty low, but not completely (yet) down all the way. Believe it or not, these actually clear in lock to lock turns with stock C6 bodywork - just barely.
