I concur, I can only purchase 92 in my hood. I could get some racing fuel though.

I was wary of 91 being the only premium here at high altitude in my T/A. Always ran 93 in TX and VA. But no problems, and none with the C6 either. If I were to take it east, I'd make sure I had octane booster available as soon as I hit < 3000 '. Probably ****, but I want all the horses available. I doubt that 91 at any altitude is a problem with the knock sensor with regard to damage, however. Just maybe a few less horses than 93, but I'm not petroleum engineer...

Save yourself a few bucks. Anything over 93 octane's a waste.
12 gallons of 91 + 4 of 100 octane = 16 gallons of 93 octane:

At high altitude 87 would even work fine in a STOCK C6, but in either case 91 is plenty fine and anything more is a wasgte of money. The C6 Z06 could be happier on 93, but a stock C6 would not know any difference.
