TB was disasambled, ported front and back but not the closing area of the plate. Throw code of TPS and Control module of actuator, I think the code are 2105 and 2135.
I erased them and did not help. I reprogrammed the ecu with LS2 Edit and did not help either. The car won't even crank.
Make sure it plugged in properly and then also check to make sure when you installed the TB back on that it made a good seal. The car may also be creating a vacuum leak.
what do you mean by "disasambled"? the ETC isn't meant to be taken apart if that is what you disasambled, it is a non serviceable item if i am correct.
Do You Have Access To A Tech 2 And Candi Module?
Some Times There Are Codes Kicked Into The Other Modules
When The Pcm Is Replaced/ Reprogrammed...
May Need To Reset All Codes In All Modules...
You May Need The Theft Relearned...
I might need to erase code with a better tool than a Actron Scanner from PepBoys. I reconected the batery without the TB installed. Maybe that is the problem.
Its Happened To Me Before..i Had To Move One And The Pcm Was Out And Some Of The Sensors Were Disconnected..
Once I Connected The Batt. To Put The Windows Down...
Thats When It Kicked The Codes....
Do You Have A Dealer Where You Are?
You Need To Reset All Modules..
Not Sure If A Aftermarket Scanner Will Work...
Can the C6 ECU be reset like other OBDII ECU's?....Disconnect negative terminal, discharge soft memory by putting a drain on system (ie. step on brake pedal for 30 sec.), then reconnect negative terminal? I know when I have done this to my other vehicles, the codes are definately cleared. Saves alot of trips to dealer when wifey fails to tighten gas cap all the way....
BTW, this also leads to a delay in starting after reset. My Subaru will crank for 10+secs after an ECU reset

Reason: added BTW
no..
disconnecting the batter will do nothing to clear the loss of communication codes and the big one is the theft.. once its lost the information it needs for theft it needs to be relearned..
some of the tuners have run into this prob..
i fix it with my tech 2 /not sure if you can fix it without tech 2(using ls2edit)...i tryed to do it last night with out the tech 2 and couldnt...
mabe some one else knows how
i got tired of messing with it and relearned it with tech 2.. sorry..
Describe your disassembly of the Throttlebody, please.
I'll bet you took the TB blade out and put it back in slightly off center. Also, did remove any portion of the throttle shaft?
I personally ruined 5 TB's in TB porting R&D before I figured out what I did wrong. The LS2/LS7 TB does not like TB shaft mods and you have to be real careful with TB Blade removal and reinstallation. If it's even slightly off you will throw p2135 codes. I know you'll say the codes thrown don't relate to the TB blade or airflow errors... but the fact is that I have 5 of those TB's with the same problem in my "parts bin of shame". If the shaft was cut in half the TB blade is impossible to realign in my opinion.
