There are several people on this forum who can run your VIN for you. For example, GMautotech will do this for you. PM your VIN and email address.

Reason: adding things
My manual came in at 347 RWHP. My 03 Z06 on the same dyno came in at 354. Both about right where I expected them to be. I will say this the LS6 seems to respond better than the LS2 to typical bolt-on's.
I installed a Blackwing and B&B PRT's on my 03 Z and it re-dyno'd at 367. I installed a Halltech Stinger and B&B Rte 66 on my 06 C6 and it re-dyno'd at 354.
great info man thank you i was going back in forth between c5 z06 and c6 but decide to go with a c6 im going to pick up tomorrow i cant wait push start button here i come. LOL
Based on what I read here ,there is approx. a 15% difference between rear wheel HP and flywheel HP. So a dyno of 347 on an mn6 =400 advertised HP. Getting back to the benckmark 400 HP after mods and dyno give a better feel of the gain. Stating that after mod my HP is now 365, leaves you hanging. Adding 15% or 420 HP gives me a better idea of what has been accomplished. Anybody follow?

I have seen around 13-14% drivetrain loss for standards and about 17% for the A6. I looked at about 20 dyno graphs to come up with these numbers. Of course, dynos vary (this is the average).

If it says z51 in the glove box that's what it is. No one is going to print out that whole list of options just fake you out. Also like you say the brake rotors a drilled out and there is an oil cooler you can see in the engine compartment. As far as stock hp my z51 optioned car (it is a manual tranny) started out at 353 rwhp and 351 rwtq. I added headers, an LPE cold air intake, a ported intake by C. Harris (he is a forum member) and a tune by A&A in Oxnard CA. After this it dynoed aat 400.3 rwhp and 397.7 rwtq. I posted the results a while back, but if you are interested I will send you a copy of the dyno charts. Good luck!
