Is it similar to a Mustang Dyno?
How different is it from a Dynojet?

Sounds kinda right to me.
FWIW, over here Dyno Dynamics are by far the most popular dynos. They even have a standard mode to standardise figures between workshops where all the base settings are the same (called shootout mode). I guess that is no biggie from an engineering standpoint but its kinda nice that they took the time to standardise some operating some operating/setup parameters so there wasn't the usual variation from workshop to workshop because of how they set their dyno up.
The perspective from Australia is that power figures quoted from USA sources are higher than those measuered and quoted here in Australia.
