Factory Setting - Engine Cooling Fan Control
Does anyone know the specific fan settings shown by engine temperature and the percent value of fan speed running at each for a stock C6 A6 (ie. 87 C = 0%, 91C = 15%, etc). I know there are other values such as AC pressure, ambient temperature and other items but I'm looking for numbers with AC off on a 75 degree day, just a baseline.
I want to adjust the values for a tune and will be installing a 160 T-Stat but want to know what the stock settings are. If you have any recommendations for these values for a 160 stat, your input will be most welcome.
