Anyone has installed the Procharger Supercharger Kit w/Intercooler (6psi)?
I am thinking to install one to my stock 06 A6 Corvette. What do you think of it guys?
Thanks..

Depends on your needs. Centrifugal superchargers generally wake up around 3,500rpm to 3,800. But with roots type superchargers like the magnuson, you get instant power across the board. However, that also comes with an additional price. Replacement of the hood for clearance. I prefer the procharger over Magnuson, I had one before On a Mustang Cobra and it was very reliable. But now I prefer naturally aspirated power, (heads, cams, tune, and gears).
I have the procharger on my '05 and have been very pleased with the performance. I did the install myself. and it was a bear, at least the first time was. I think now that I know all the tricks and procedures that are not addressed in the "instructions", it would be an easier task. Personally, I prefer the centrifical type sc. Yes, the boost comes on up in the rev band, but it's a linear kind of rush, much easier to control wheelspin than with a Maggie, that gives you big low end performance, then peters out on the top end. Plus, there is the stealth factor. The ProChargers do not need a bubble hood.
OK, In general.. Is this Procharger will make my car a "BEAST" as they claim? 615HP?
My other question is:
I will install the Supercharger, B&B "Bullet" Exhaust System and Headers, What Is the total HP?
Thanks.
i did the install about the same time as him and we both had the same issues so we caould get you thru with little issue i belive. i would reconsider the bullets if you are going to remove your cats. made mine louder the hell. i think i am going to have to swapp to the t rte 66 as much as i hate to. i love it when it just me but when on dates you cant talk.....sometimes that a good thing! but in general i am worried about getting pulled over... you wont be diappointed that for sure. wish i would have done it along time ago but i was sweeting my warranty.... 45k left on it now.....lol
I would conservatively guestimate that a ProCharged LS2 with headers, cats, and X-pipe would have 535 rwhp with a good tune. I know there are several 'dyno-wars' going on with different tuners and members, but honestly, much more hp that this is really almost useless on the street. On the track, oh yea, but on the street, 99.9999999 useless.

615 HP WITH 6psi? Noway, not rearwhp anyway.. Anymore boost than 6psi on the stock motor would be a gambling issue.
