Exedy double disc clutch kit???

Exedy double disc clutch kit???
I need some advise!!!
I just got my clutch installed yesterday and it seems very weird as I only have to push the clutch pedal halfway for the gears to engage and if I push it all the way down the gears willnot engage??? also reverse is pain to put in while the car is on when I turn it of it goes right in??? This was all done because of the main shaft on the tranny was replaced with an RPM one...my tuner said to give the clutch the proper break-in procedure...500mi and then see if there were any changes...
Any suggestions???

Ok guys the clutch is working better now...I guess its the breaking procedure!!! Also reverse is engaging better now.
OHH YES!!! when it engages hold on...it's on. I will update once I get the breaking procedure done.
