I lowered my C6 07' with the lowering bolt almost at the lowest setting. I didn't notice it until recently but when I make a right turn 85%+ of the way, feels like the wheel or something is rubbing like metal to metal. Not sure what that is, has anyone heard or experienced this problem?

Maybe it is because you lowered the car. (?)
Perhaps try putting it back closer to factory specs where it belongs and see if the noise goes away.
Look for any signs of the wheels / tires rubbing... look for rub or scratch marks behind the wheels / fenderwells, suspension parts, etc.
Or... it could be the differential, but in most cases the differential noise happens only when cold. If the noise you hear happens all the time, it may be something other than the differential.
