Really, okay I'll definately talk to my tuner after my dealer mechanic takes care of a few other little things. Thank you for your help

Question: Did you change wheel/tire combinations since the car was tuned or is the front diameter to rear diameter different than stock?
If the rears are much bigger than stock and the fronts are stock or there abouts, I'm betting that the stability system is acting like you are dragging the rear tires when you let off the throttle.
It may be something as simple as a speedo recalibration to fix the problem.
