Congrats to the Colts, but that has to have been one of the most boring Super Bowls in the last ten years. Had that been a regular season game, most people would have turned it off. What did the Bears wind up with, 9 first downs??
But hey, the Bears, WERE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE!!!!!
But as a fan of the Super Bowl IX, X, XIII, XIV and XL Champion Pittsburgh Steelers,......thats right, 5 time champions,..... as long as the New England Patriots were not in it, it was a good one however. I'm glad y'all knocked that bunch out of it. If we couldn't go, then I didn't want them to go.
But congrats Blue Racer 6 on the big win. Its a great source of civic pride, and after having won it, you can get a real appreciation for just how difficult it is to win a Super Bowl in this day and age.
I watched us lose 4 AFC championship games at home, and a Super Bowl over Cowher's 15 year tenure, before we finally won it again.
And you have watched the Colts fall to us, and the Patriots and fail repeatedly in the playoffs. Now they have finally won it after what, 35 years when they were the Baltimore Colts?
Took out the Baltimore Ravens on the road, and spotted the New England Patriots 18 points. Thats quite an impressive achievement,..... albeit not quite as impressive as winning it as a number 6 seed and running the table.......4 games straight.....on the road......like we did ...
