Higher idle with cam mod is pulling the car way too much. Need to fix it with a TC - whare are the options out there?
Also, I hadn't initially planned on getting a TC. Now that I'm adding it, I'm thinking it will allow for a more aggressive cam than what I have (mine is very mild). What works great with an A6 with headers, a 2800 stall TC and LPE heads, but doesnt have drivability issues? HP expected?
I wouldn't even bother with LG if I were you, everything they sell is overpriced IMO. Not to mention, it's hard to buy their head and cam components, because you have to pay for their packages because they refuse to let out even general specs. How can you mate anything when you have no idea of the cam specs?
Their headers are a few hundred more than others, I'm not sure why, but I guess it depends on how deep your pockets are as to where you shop.

I just talked to Vig and it looks like beginning of summer for their converter, Hughes is local and I will be talking to them today about restalls, and if they will do it AND they work out well, maybe we will set up a core style exhange for some converters. We have two vettes ready ASAP for them so if anyone DOES offer converters at this point please PM me
We've been running our C cam with the stock converters and working out fine. No idle issues... You just have to hold on the brakes on lights a little harder.
We do offer a complete custom billet converter for the A6's...
Maybe I used the wrong source the two times I've had factory conveters rebult but I would never have another factory converter loosened up. You won't know what you are getting. They are not efficient and won't perform like the name brand aftermarket converters. Not to mention they are still very heavy, another benefit of the smaller aftermarket. Wait for the Precision Industries or Yank!
A PI #7 pump, 3600 stall, most likely closer to 4000, would be worth at least .6 et in our A6 auto's. And as tight as our factory converter is maybe even more.

Yes, along with the help of drag radials and tuning, absolutely.
