CHanged the shifter to a Hurst and it still rattles between 2 and 4000 Rpm. Althought better then the stock one its still annoying. Anyone have a B&M? Does it make noise ?

we greased the snot out of the shifter plus put a thicker gasket between the shifter & trans
no rattle here
i think the increased vibration from firmer bushings is rattling the **** on mine... i'm going to try to fiddle w/ a sound deadener between the shaft and the ****...

B&M here...no noise.
I hear you can pack the springs areas with grease to quiet the rattling. Hear is a thread where someone else with a Hurst fixed his noise a different way, you can get a 1.5 pvc cap for a about a buck:

Literally, booger bushings make anything for this shifter? I looked at their website, appparently not so. But, if you give them a call, they may have something that'll work.
I know on the cars that they put them on, it works wonderfully to firm things up and keep it from rattling. May be a less expensive route than replacement.
