Default Installed Borla Stinger Tonight!

Wow! It sounds GREAT! I'm very happy with the sound. Right now it's stock exhaust cats and h-pipe, so I'm not sure what it's gonna sound like after I get headers and x-pipe, but for now I'm completly happy! Good work Borla!

Congrats. I installed mine last week. And am getting Kooks here shortly. I had a chance to hear a 6 SPD Man with Kooks and Stingers and loved it. Hopefully it will sound the same on my A6

LOL. The better question would be where are YOU getting pricing??

Tbyrne, I paid around $1,200 for kooks, 02's and Offroad X. But I got in on a GP or special of some sort. Call and see what they can do. LGs are typically around $1,600.

6600EX 1 3/4" x 3" Stainless Steel Headers w/Venturi Collectors & O2 Sensor Extension Kit (2 front and 2 rear) $949.99

6607S 3" x 3" Stainless Steel X-Crossover - Offroad $439.99

I got the pricing from their web sites. I think I may have done the catted kooks vs. the off road LG's but the off road LG's are $1,595. Maybe I can find a good used set sometime soon

I'm waiting for TBYRNE to start shipping the Borla Sports I just bought off their recent GP. I hope they sound the same as the C5 version because after taking a test drive in my buddies C5 last week I was struck by how good the STINGER's sounded and I couldn't get his M6 car to DRONE as my B&B Rte 66's do. That surprised me big time. I'd get the can into 4th gear at 1400 RPM and slowly add throttle up to 1800 RPM I couldn't get HIS car to produce ANY drone. I did that over and over again and I know how to create DRONE having owned 2 C4's, 2 C5's and now a C6 all with after-market exhausts.

I have been told that the systems aren't "exactly" alike due to how they are plumbed but I'm hoping for the best.
