I asked which is faster an A6 or A4 in the quarter? Some of the info was very interesting and the quarter times were exactly what I was looking for.Did I start a war over this issue?
im not sure why the moderators are so strict on here, but i've sorta just gotten used to it.
since 01/25/07 there has been 9 threads locked due to the same individual arguing with others, some times the moderators has to deleted some of the posting due to offensive/4 letter/threating words that was used. that is the reason it has been so strict.
C6Rluvur brings up some interesting points, of course I didn't make just one pass in the 12.2s as he'd suggested, I've made THREE (12.21, 12.23 and 12.24).
And he mentions 'sea level track' (it's a bit above actually) but three of the other A6s on his last list also ran at NJ tracks albeit not necessarily in the same air.
While I feel strongly that stock versus stock on the same track on the same day the A6 should win (both ET and especially trap speeds) every time, I'll be the first to admit that a properly driven 1SX (no option) A4 car with 3.15 gears could come very close to my best ETs on the same day.
exactly my point - what is the advantage of protecting free speech here? to protect someones feelings from getting hurt? i just dont get it. If that's the case, the forum could put a restriction on members - that they need to be 18 or something.
If the same person is starting trouble all the time, then revoke his membership. why should we all suffer?

I've not looked at the thread you're talking about, but this one will probably get locked because the mods would prefer you send them a PM asking why a thread was locked.

If you have suggestions for the improvement of the Forum or questions or criticism of the Forum or its moderation, you are welcome to PM or e-mail a moderator. Please do not use an open thread for such messages, however.
The work on the Forum's volunteer moderators is difficult enough without having folks calling them out in open threads.
