Default What headers?

Okay, this isn't a typical what headers should I go with thread...I already know the answer...LG Pros.

In my exhaustive search I've been unable to find an answer for my questions.

Now that I've had my C6 1LT 6MN for about a month, I'm tired of not having any sound with my performance, so it's exhaust time.

I'm pretty much dead set on going with the Bassani aft-cat system.

My question in, what headers will work with this muffler system?

Obviously the Bassani headers should work, but what other systems are out there that I might also look at? I understand the LG's and Kooks will not work with this muffler system.

Any help and suggestions would be great.

So you are going to choose an exhaust system first and then get headers? If I might ask, why???

To be honest with you, From the sound clips that I've listened to, I don't want the traditionally popular systems on this board.

I like the deeper, smoother sound of the Bassani compared to the Corsa, B&B or Borla systems.

I know that leaves me with fewer header choices, and probably a little bit of power left on the table. However, I'm not a street racer, and I'm not a drag racer any longer. I open track the car, and extracting every ounce of power from the engine isn't as vital as the suspension tuning etc.

Thanks for your reply.

Doesn't Bassini make headers?

did your research take you to calls to hedman elites, arh, melrose, slp, callaway, etc.? if it did, you may be looking at bassani's own, only. or you might want to ask if someone can fashion up a system to fit your exhaust.
