What are some of the choices for the lightest and stronger(est) push rods to replace stock in a cam change...total lift less than .600, Beehive springs, titanium retainers, and alum. roller rockers.

I have a mild cam in my 02 Camaro SS. I have Crane hardened push rods and dual valve springs. If your are upgrading the cam. It's best to upgrade the push rods and springs.
