Technically this should be in the C5 section since I have an 02 Z06, but my question is about an LS7 clutch. I figured more folks would be using them in here...
Anyway, I have a few thousand miles on mine and a few auto-x events (usually just a mild launch and then a quick shift into 2nd), and now it chatters BADLY when starting easy from a stop. Has anyone has a chattering problem with an LS7 clutch? I put down 470whp and 410wtq so I'm in the same ballpark as what the clutch was intended for. Not quite sure why it started happening all of a sudden either.

My C6 clutch has smoothed real nicely with a series of clutch slave fluid changes at around 2 years and 10K miles. Do a search for Ranger's DIY's on the forum. For $4 and 10 easy minutes it's worth a try!
I had an LS7 clutch in my 01 Z28 and it was buttery smooth. I had a chatter issue on a Centerforce clutch on that car but found out I had a leaky rear main seal. Wasn't leaking a lot, just enough to get on the clutch. You may want to check this.
