Default Vibrations?

I like to crank up the sound system in my C6. Does everybody else have every panel shake/vibrate with the beats from the subwoofer?

I just took our Vette into the shop for the doors rattling. First time thru they said they replaced a clip in the door and this last time they ordered a whole new door panel. If you push on the panels does the vibration go away? you might have a loose clip or maybe something else is loose behind them.

Mine shakes and vibrates, but to tell you the truth, I have yet to see ANY car with OEM subs/sound system where panels dont shake and vibrate.

Car manufs are in the business of making cars, not designing proper sound systems for cars.

You cannot get rid of the shakes and the vibrations without the panels being properly dynomatted (or using other, similar stuff to dynomat) period.

Default vibrations

easy fix. the vibrations comes from the area where the plastic of the door panel near the seat belt area meets the plastic door. ijust folded some of my busness cards in half an inserted them between the 2 panels and no more vibrations. did the same thing on my last car

Thanks all - I'm going to check this out tomorrow, and maybe even try the business card trick.

That's what I did....however I tore the card off and left a small piece there so it didn't look so obvious.
