Default Need help on code issues, anybody help ?

My C6 has Melrose Headers, X-pipe with Random Cats, underdrive pully and so forth with Comp Cam 232/234 595/598 112lsa cam.
Everything is great as far as running, idleing, etc. except it keeps setting off the following codes.....

P0030 HO2S Heater Control Circuit ( bank 1, sensor 1 )
P0050 HO2S Heater Control Circuit ( bank 2, sensor 1 )
P0036 HO2S Heater Control Circuit ( bank 1, sensor 2 )
P0056 HO2S Heater Control Circuit ( bank 2, sensor 2 )
P0171 System too Lean ( bank 1 )
P0174 System too Lean ( bank 2 )

Any Ideas ? I would appreciate any help so I can tell my tuner so they can try something. If not I am going to have to make a 500 mile trip to
get it sorted out.

Thanks,

Are the O2 sensors plugged in? Those first 4 codes are from an open circuit. Not plugged in, blown fuse... Was it run with the O2s unplugged? Was it run with open headers?

The other two are from too lean tuning. Does this tuner have a scanner and service manual? If they can't figure out those codes, I'd look for a better tuner. Dealing with the O2's is pretty basic tuning stuff, if they are stumped by these codes they are clueless and shouldn't be under your hood.

The O2 heaters are all supplied by the same fuse. At the fuse box under the hood #6 fuse 15amp labled O2 SEN (on a 06).

Looking at the fuse and it looks good. I know it is the large gray fuse labeled #6. Any specific way to test it except looking at it ?

Just wondering if there could be tuning issues involved or if when making the rear extensions something went haywire.

You can check a fuse with an Ohm check/continuity check. Ohm resistance should be darn near zero. If it's blown it will show open.

On adding extensions, yup it's the U-touched it theory. If you messed with that wiring, I'll bet that's where the problem lies. You need a service manual to show which wires should have voltage and which are ground.

Fuse ok and Ohm check/continuity ok. Tuner has new 02 extensions coming so hopefully that is the problem.
Never had this problem with my 03 ZO6 but the C6 has complete different setup.
