You just can't ask for better service that that. And he is even sending me a couple of T shirts for my trouble. Excellent company to do business.

Good news.

George has always done the right thing, that's why Kooks is known as very high quality header!

George, you may want to look at your tooling that holds in the spike while it's being welded. You won't want any more headers to get out with a misaligned spike.

My baby just had the Kooks 1 7/8 (jethot extreme sterling coated) installed along with Highflow cats. I just heard from the boys at Olsen Corvette that the Kooks went in smooth as butter and they look

and the dyno results ... I will have the finals tomorrow afternoon.

I am picking her up on Thu

Did you ever take pics of your replacement headers? If so, post 'em here so I can know what a good one looks like compared to what you previously showed. Thanks.

I think George R just sold a lot more Kooks headers with this response.

Overall I was happy with the quality of my headers and cats from Kooks. I installed two weeks ago. I mentioned in a previous post that the directions are very generic. I had a problem with the clip that moves the trans lines up away from the headers. I had to rebend the clip to get any clearance at all, and was at 1/16" max. Called Kooks and was told, ( not by George ) that as long as it was not touching, no problem. I asked my tuner to look them over at my retune, and he said no way. these things need more clearance than that, and proceeded to rebend the tubes away. Was kind of disappointed with the Kooks response in this instance.

Now that is what I would call great Customer Service at its best. You should not have to pay shipping back when it comes to Quality Control of a product. When I get ready to buy mine I know where I will go. Right on George!
