belt alignment is good, but getting slippage and need the correct part number for the gatorback and source for ordering. I'm running a 4.25 pulley. crappy dyno results. 475rwhp with borla catback only. belt slipping above 4500. By the way, the directions leave a lot out. Install took me 16 hours.
My tuner told me today that the regular prcharger kit for our c6's is plagued with belt slip issues because of their mounting system. He told me to buy the A & A kit where they re-engineered the brackets and the discharge tube for much better fit, belt tension and way better flow to the TB. However, it doesnt come with the KB boost a pump, injectors or the tuner. Its a tuner kit but ut will make better power and NO belt slip issues.

Who is your tuner? He is greatly mis-informed. A&A doesn't even offer a ProCharger kit for the C6.
think I got a belt for a 4.5 and I'm running a 4.25. yes, I adjusted tension. found gatorback #4060905
will give this a shot. Thanks
Procharger says to use a 908 belt for the 4.25 pulley and a 905 for the 4.00 pulley. It may be a little snug at first but it will stretch. Be sure after the first 20 minuets of driving you go back and re-tension the belt as heat will cause it to stretch a little. If you have problems of where to set your tensioner try giving there Tech department a call.
