You might be able to find someone to do them cheaper...my guy was not cheap. He did my buddy's and I made my decision to go with him due to the fact that he does a good job.
Compared to $1,200 Corsas they are a pretty good bargain!
Joe - How much did it cost total, with QTP cutouts? Did you go with the wireless remote to open them or did you have to run wire? Is your guy in S. FL?

Thanks,

$700 total. No wireless, they come with a pre-wired switch that I used. Mounted under the dash, you can't really see it unless you are looking for it. I love the sound. It's just mean when open, tame when closed. Check my link above for mucho details. The guy is Florida Performance on Dixie at Commercial.
Joe - Did you buy the whole kit from performance or from QTP? Is it the one that opens both valves at the same time? Are they louder than Bullets? I am thinking of findinig a stock exhaust and putting the cutouts on.

Cutouts from QTP, welding from Fl Perf. Both valves open at the same time. I have never heard Bullets but they aren't as loud as you think they would be. The aim toward the ground under the car so it's a little muffled but sounds good. Real deep at idle and screams on top. Take a listen to the video clip on my previous thread. That is the beauty of the cutouts. Quiet at 5 am but loud at 4 pm.
No worries. Just pulling your chain a little. My best advice would be to print out the picture and take it to your exhaust shop and see if they feel like doing it. And make sure whomever you buy the QTP's from will take them back.
The normal Midas type places around here don't like unusual work like this, they want cookie cutter beat the book time work. I had to find a little specialty shop. His main business is custom bikes and, believe it or not, rebuliding Ferrari headers. They look like spaghetti bowls w/ 6 pipes/side and they get so hot they melt the steel. He gets good coin for rebuilding those.
Did you listen to the video my buddy wanttospeed put up in the other thread?
just wondering if it would work if you ordered the manual cutout leave them open and installed the electric cutouts at the manuals opening
its just a thought if it would work it might save some hassel (and some money, i think they are about 45 each) instead of having to find someone to do a good job on fabricating some custom rig and over charging

No room. They would hang way below the car, the exhaust runs in a very tight tunnel. We scoped mine out and where I have them is the only place where the electric cutouts would fit and not drag the ground.
I heard QTP is working on some cat back pipes with these built in. I believe they will be more than $400.
