160 replacement

I just purchased a 160 degree thermostat, how hard is it to replace and are there any secrets other then using distilled water only?

very easy to do, drain about 1.9 gal of coolant (some don't even do this), then remove the 2 bolts on the stat housing, swap out the stock stat for your 160. tighten the 2 bolts that you just took out, then added dex cool / distill water to whatever water to coolant ratio that you desire.
