Use the search feature and you will find ported stock vs fast intake dyno comparisons.

If you are thinking about doing this yourself and have no prior experience with it, you might want to reconsider. That material is awful thin in places.

That said, I have seen reports here of 10-12 RWHP following installation of a ported intake manifold.

10 RHWP for each depends who's doing the porting.

If I do it - you'll lose HP

You'll get answers between 10 & 50 from members

I don't think anyone will say you are going to get 50 rwhp from porting the TB and intake.

My FAST is in his hands at this moment, I also am purchasing a ported throttle body and am wondering what the gains are if any. I thought I read 5hp somewhere.

I had american racing headers, ported intake, ported throttle body and tune by Tom Wong. The car dynoed at 375 hp on a mustang. I would guess about 385 on a dynojet. I also realized a slight increase in fuel economy. I would not expect a huge increase in HP from porting a throttle body.

Mustang vs Dynojet

Stock intake manifold to Formato ported stock intake manifold was 9RWHP and 11RWTQ gain. Dynojet 248,SAE smoothing 5. I didn't port the TB, couldn't see anyplace to make major gains.

I got 15/rwhp and 15/rwtq from the ported intake. Didn't dyno after the ported TB. Tuner said probably not HP gains on the TB, but the torque would be more in the lower range.
