Default Under an 07 manual C6?

I ran over something and when I looked under my car there is this plastic/rubber rectangular piece of material (looks like 2, one on the left side and right side) that was scratched up/a piece of it was slightly peeled back. What are these parts and what do they do?

I think there are actually 3 or 4, they are on each side. They are just stick on covers that close up a few holes in the bottom of the car. It's a very thick tape with a silver metal backing. Just push them back in place if they start to peel.

What brand oil filter do you have on there ?
