Does anyone have any experience with these shocks? I have a 2005 Z51 and would like a less harsh ride at highway speeds, but still have the same responce with "spirited driving". The roads in Arkansas suck.
I am very happy with the FSD's. Good compromise between ride and handling, great combination with the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires (for both ride and stick). And the roads are not great around here.

I put the FSD s on my 06 Z51 vert, handleing much improved, ride improved, and no more wheel hop. You will like them. Do a search , there are a few good threads on this forum reguarding the Koni FSD shocks.
I have an 05 Z51 and have added PS2s, Koni FSDs and Pfadt poly swaybar bushings. The BlueCoupe is a dream to drive. It is clearly much improved, both ride and handling, even in choppy cornering situations. The wheels are planted!!!

Did you add those all at once, or in steps? ^ I was wondering what sort of difference the poly sway bar bushings make.
Just had Koni FSD's and Hotchkis sways installed -so far I like it, lost almost all the squat during hard acceleration and keeps the car flat around sweepers, -its a big change from base suspension, definately a tighter handling car.

I put on the Pfadt bushings and the Koni FSD dampers at the same time. I love the improvement. Handling is tighter with no chattering over rough pavement, and flat, stable cornering. The ride is definitely better too, the car is solid, but not abrupt.
