Default Halltech intake question...

So, the install is just about complete on the halltech intake, but what is the hole in the filter for? A hose perhaps and if so, where does it come from?

Thanks in advance.

C6 Halltech Stinger from LG (without cold air option). Hole is on top of the filter itself.

Thanks

Sounds to me like a CAI for a C5....they had a PCV tube that went in a hole on top of the filter, I know the Blackwing had such a hole in it.

Thanks. The filter ended up being for a C5 and the bridge for C6. Called LG and got it all sorted out.
