07 vert has dead short somewhere. Dealer is trying to find but no luck. They also tried to upgrade computer, now it's broken as well. They want to give me a rental car, I insist on a Vette, they won't do it.

I can't remember anyone getting a 'vette as a loaner regardless of the repairs being done. You may need to settle for something else, serious.

Typical deal. They don't fix your car, so you get frustrated and move to an extreme position. I was the same way when my car broke on the way home from buying it and sat on the side of the road for 5 hours.
