I have an 06 A6. In April I added the Kooks 1 7/8" headers with cats and X-pipe. LPE intake was added along with a tune. All was well until this afternoon when the dreaded "Check Engine Light" come on (in my RPM guage). No other error codes in the DIC. My car has 7777 miles on it.

Yeah, I have ideas.
Its probably due to the high flow cats. A common problem. If the tuner didn't turn off the rear 02s it is quite possible this is what you are looking at.
A few people have been able to run high flow cats and keep the rear 02s active without codes, but they are the exception and not the rule.

I have Kooks, H/C, and every bolt on with no deleted codes and every friend I have that I tuned has no codes deleted with headers. No rear O2 codes need to be deleted with a proper tune. Anyone wanting to come to LI NY can get checked/scanned for free and I will get rid of the check engine light through tuning (also free for 2005's) unless there is a mechanical problem but I will let you know what that is so you can correct it.

Went back to my tuner - Olsen Corvette. It was the rear O2 sensors. He also found it strange that I would get an ECL after 3 months. But then we are having very hot and humid weather here. So he made adjustments - no codes were removed and all is well again
