My 07 vert has a strange problem with the steering wheel. It is most noticed when sitting (although I can feel it when going down the road) When changing directions with the wheel, there feels like a "catch" that I can feel and even hear in the steering wheel. Very noticeable.
Anyone have this problem. I expect the dealer to tell me it's "normal".

I had this same problem in my 05 coupe. There was also a little play in the steering wheel, most notably when changing lanes but I could also feel it when at a stop. The dealer replaced the inner steering column under warranty and the problem went away.
